As a problem-solving specialist who loves the challenge of finding the right solutions for people, Jen Tripoli provides a detailed approach to client account services. The uniqueness of each client and their individual goals is what she loves about her job more than anything.

Jen is passionate about exceeding people’s expectations, and she strives to make each client feel like they are number one. Following the firm’s life planning approach to financial planning, Jen takes time to get to know clients and their personal goals and interests. She believes this dynamic is what truly sets Retirement Visions apart and what makes the firm so valuable to people who are considering retirement planning in the West Hartford area.

Jen has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and has been working with Retirement Visions since its inception. She has been in her role as Account Services Manager since 2012 and acts as a liaison between clients and their financial advisor. Jen is the go-to for all operational details of client accounts and makes sure the office runs with the utmost efficiency on a day-to-day basis.

Jen loves cooking, baking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends, especially her daughter Norah, and their cats.
